Apprenticeship Scheme

We believe in nurturing talent and developing the skills of our people at all levels. This starts with our Apprenticeship Scheme where we offer young people the opportunity to set off on their career gaining the right skills and attitudes to succeed. We take on new engineering apprentices each year in a variety of areas, including maintenance, design, electrical and manufacturing on a structured four year course spending time in our apprentice school and working in various areas of our business. We offer apprentices the chance to expand their skills and gain well regarded industry qualifications (BTEC/NVQ), and for many the completion of an apprenticeship provides the foundation for further personal and career development.

The training programme begins in September and applications should be emailed to jobs@marshall-ls.com attaching a CV and covering letter. Candidates must have a minimum education level of GCSE’s in Maths, English and Science at grade C or equivalent.
