The environmental conditions military vehicles operate within demand that the vehicle has the greatest level of protection achievable against the elements. As part of our vehicle engineering activities we undertake Zinc Phosphate pre-treatment and e-coating to ensure the longevity of metal components.
Originally designed for military vehicles, we now offer our facilities for use within the commercial sector. We are able to undertake treatments across heavy duty trucks, classic cars, agricultural equipment, automotive parts and architectural materials.
We clean, corrosion proof and epoxy coat ferrous metals using our specialist 55,000 and 65,000 litre tanks and paint facilities. These ensure that our customers’ materials achieve a high level finish with excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance abilities.
