Business Structure

Marshall Land Systems is headquartered in Cambridge (UK) and provides land systems capabilities worldwide.  Marshall Land Systems specialises in rapid deployment and through-life capa­bility management for military, counter terrorist and civil emergency operations. Marshall Land Systems provides full support to users in the UK and overseas.  Marshall Land Systems comprises of 5 operating companies with others in formation: 

  • Marshall Vehicle Engineering (MVE), which provides vehicle engineering based on crew and load protection
  • Marshall SDG (MSDG), which provides UGVs, UAV ground control stations, rapid solutions to urgent operational and capa­bility requirements and capability development
  • Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS), which provides fleet management, customer-based main­tenance and repair solutions across multi-type vehicle and platform fleets
  • Marshall Land Systems has recently embarked on a joint venture agreement with Plasan; one of the world’s leading protection system providers.  Incorporated within a sovereign UK registered company, Lorica Systems UK Ltd unites Plasan’s armouring and protection skills with MLS’s project management and platform integration capabilities
  • Marshall Land Systems is in the process of setting up a subsidiary in Australia; Marshall Land Systems Pty Limited
  • A subsidiary of Marshall Specialist Vehicles, MSV Norway, exists to support medical equipment supplied to Norway, service MSV’s offset obligation and the Norwegian market. 

Underpinning each of Marshall Land Systems’ subsidiaries is the company’s customer capability support organisation.  Marshall Land Systems aims to understand, and provide, the capability requirements and provision of TLCM throughout the whole of the project.  This enables Marshall Land Systems to maintain, improve and insert capabilities for their own and other companies’ products.    Marshall Land Systems’ reputation for problem solving is as a direct result of the company working with end users to ensure that an effective requirements capture process is undertaken from the start of the project.  This process ensures that everyone involved with the project endorses all key operational, design and layout decisions as early as possible.  Such interaction saves both time and money and ensures that sustainable and supportable solutions are designed and delivered to time cost and performance with agility, quality and integrity for not only the end user but for all parties involved in the project.
