Quality Management System Accreditation

Marshall Land Systems recognises that in order to fulfil all stakeholder requirements, it is fundamental to adhere to certain standards and audit themselves along with their suppliers.

Marshall Land Systems and its subsidiary companies have mature Quality Management Systems that are accredited to ISO 9001:2008 by a UKAS accredited assessment organisation.

Marshall Land Systems are currently accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Ltd (LRQA) registered under Reference No. 910879.  The current certificate expires in April 2013.

In addition to United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) approval, Marshall Land Systems have gained accreditation recognition with organisations in the following countries:

Each accreditation is issued through LRQA and appears at the bottom of the appropriate ISO 9001 Certificate.  Each accreditation represents Marshall’s constant willingness, dedication and ability to work to approved standards.

Commitment to providing quality service has seen Marshall Fleet Solutions being recognised by leading tail lift suppliers Ratcliff Palfinger as the most improved dealer for 2010 during the Ratcliff Palfinger 24-365 service agent bi-annual conference.

RoSPA

Marshall Specialist Vehicles, a Marshall Land Systems Company, have acquired their fourth consecutive Gold Medal in the 2010 RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards; an achievement that has continued for eight successive years.  The company’s ability to achieve the highest possible standards of safety management is sustained throughout the organisation.  

Over the years Marshall Specialist Vehicles have significantly enhanced their performance in this key area and subject to maintaining focus on safe working practices and effective safety training and accident reduction, there is no reason why further improvements cannot be achieved.

The next major target for achievement is the RoSPA President’s Award which the company will be eligible for in 2012.  In order to attain this prestigious award, every member of staff has an active role to play in maintaining high standards.

Training Within Industry (TWI) Institute

In order to improve productivity levels, training and safety standards and staff’s overall morale and confidence, Marshall Land Systems made a conscious decision to be an Industrial Member of the Training Within Industry (TWI) Institute.

TWI is a dynamic program which focuses on the key areas of Job Relations, Job Instruction, Job Methods, Job Safety and Problem Solving.
