Our Vehicle Engineering team adds the essential finishing modifications to military and commercial vehicles, ensuring they are fit for the vehicle’s role.
In partnership with the vehicle OEM, customer and end user, we design and manufacture vehicle enhancements from load beds, trays and flat racks, through to enhancing vehicle survivability including armouring and riot protection equipment.
We work closely with targeted partners to select, validate and install vehicle mounted sub-systems including tail lifts, cranes and winches.
To date our partners include vehicle manufacturers including Rhienmetall MAN Military Vehicles (RMMV), IVECO, Thales, Force Protection, Renault alongside other global manufacturers.
Whether a one-off modification or a cross fleet installation our vehicle engineering activities are underpinned by our attention to detail and rigorous project management. This ensures that all technical, cost and programmatic considerations are accounted for.

TLCM
Our philosophy is to take a through life approach to capability management in which every aspect of new and existing capability is planned and managed across all lines of development. We work alongside our customers to address capability gaps by developing robust requirements and specification standards, including assisting with the complex requirements capture and trade-off process.
Trade-offs are inevitably required to acquire a system that is affordable (lowest life cycle cost), operable, supportable, sustainable, transportable, and environmentally sound. We also review existing designs to create accurate and unambiguous definitions of systems and ensure that clarity of design is flowed throughout the supply chain. This same approach is equally applicable to any modifications, re-roles or mid-life upgrades.
We work closely with customers from the initial design through to manufacture and in developing innovative support solutions using the structured approach of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS). We then support the product in-service throughout its life, including on deployed operations, and ultimately arranging for its final safe disposal at end of life.
